The Client/Server version requires that you own FileMaker Server 9 and one copy of FileMaker Pro 9 for each client computer. We will assist with this purchase. Your computers must be networked as a LAN using TCP/IP, or IPX/SPX.

Technical Support:

Unlimited web-based and email support. New user support is valid for 30 days after installation. Individual support issues may be resolved by phone when needed.
Preferential consideration on feature requests.
Discounts on any upgrades released while your support package is active.

Technical Support is provided free of charge for 30 days after installation for all users. Additional support for single computer installations may be purchased for $200.00 per year. Single user license software may be installed on one computer for any number of users. Additional support for server/client users may be purchased for $250.00 plus $25.00 per workstation per year
