The Administration section contains global program settings and security and is accessed by the administration person designated by the organization.

Group activities are scheduled and managed in the Group Activities section. Assigning patients and staff to groups helps agencies keep track of attendance and create timely Group Notes.

Patient files can be easily found and managed from admissions to discharge. Tracking Treatment Hours. Set the number of treatment hours a patient needs, view how many hours patients have attended at any point and compare against a court or other requirement.

Agency standard treatment plans are available to the counselor during treatment plan development. Counselors can also revise standard treatment plan language as required to individualize treatment planning. Related treatment notes appear at the bottom of the Treatment Plan.

Templates, templates and more templates. In Version 1.5 we gave users the ability to create their own templates for releases, treatment notes and report fields. This has been a big time saver for treatment facilities that ordered the upgrade. This feature was expanded in Version 2.0. Risk Assessment fields have been added to the Status Reviews and Placement sections within Patient Planner. Releases of information can be totally customized for your agency. The custom releases can be saved and used on-the-fly for each patient.
